He looked disdainfully at Beirut before him.
"If you don't have a Master Artifact, prepare to die.
But if you do, then better yet—it's time for the Master Artifact to find a new master."Adkins never held Beirut in high regard. In his eyes, Beirut, who had cultivated for over a million years, was merely a junior.
How many of the Elemental Mysteries could he truly comprehend?"Change masters?"Beirut waved his hand, revealing a long black rod.
The rod exuded terrifying energy, causing Adkins's eyelids to twitch as he stared in shock at Beirut's rod.Beirut mocked, "Here is the Master Artifact—come and take it if you have the ability."Esto era un artefacto maestro en perfectas condiciones, a diferencia del de Lin.Even when Beirut held the black rod, the aura emanating from it made Bernath, Ogaven, and the others pale with fear.Adkins's eyes narrowed as he thought to himself: "Beirut really does possess a Master Artifact.
Fine, I'll lose one divine manifestation today!I must kill him and seize this Master Artifact." With his mind set, Adkins acted decisively.Bernath was anxious, but this battle could no longer be stopped!Ogaven and the others watched as the two upper gods stood facing each other in a standoff.
Suddenly, dark and light energy exploded outward, causing spatial ripples that even Bernath and the others were forced to deploy their Divine Domains to counter.Adkins split into two—his divine manifestation of Light and his divine manifestation of Darkness! The divine manifestation of Light wielded the long knife while the divine manifestation of Darkness vanished into the darkness.
Adkins's divine manifestation of Light instantly rushed toward Beirut, his face contorted in rage as he roared, "¡Mueres!" As he shouted, a blinding blade sliced toward Beirut. At the same time—The dark divine manifestation appeared and silently stabbed Beirut with a black dagger."Hahaha～" Beirut laughed loudly.
With a swift swing of his black rod, the rod turned into an illusory shadow and struck the shining long knife's blade.
"¡PUM!" The upper divine artifact long knife exploded in mid-air.
The black rod continued its assault, smashing onto Adkins's divine manifestation of Light's head."¡PUM!" His head shattered, with a bright divine status floating into the air.Adkins's divine manifestation of Darkness sneered, "You didn't even move—asking for death!" At the same moment his divine manifestation of Light was destroyed, Adkins's dagger pierced Beirut's head."¡CLANK!"The black dagger struck Beirut's head and produced a metallic clashing sound."How is this possible?" Adkins's eyes widened in shock.
His upper divine artifact had failed to penetrate Beirut's scalp with full power?Beirut's head was as hard as an upper divine artifact.
This was impossible! But, it happened. As Beirut turned his head to look at the bewildered Adkins, he said, "So, are you disappointed?""¡Huye!" Adkins's expression changed dramatically.
He finally realized that Beirut was too terrifying;even the Five Great Kings of the Gobaad Dimension dared not withstand an upper divine artifact's full power."¡Moo～～"The black rod's shadow moved with a speed several dozen times faster than it had killed his divine manifestation of Light, slicing through Adkins's head in an instant.
Adkins's head disintegrated silently as a dark divine status floated toward Beirut. With this, the two divine statuses were now in Beirut's possession. Two headless corpses fell from the sky.
Beirut looked down at them and muttered, "Too weak—far weaker than the Purple Blood Demon or the Twelfth-Winged Upper Divine Angel of years past." Beirut casually swung his rod twice, and Adkins died instantly.
