"Comandante, el General nos busca." Small Dong announced after Hitler left. "¿Para qué me busca?" asked Chen Jinghui.
"I don't know. The General only said to go quickly," Small Dong replied.
"Sí, entiendo. Voy a inmediato."
Chen Jinghui arranged himself and headed for the General's office. When he arrived, he found that not only was the Chief Commander present, but also Vice-Commander Chiang and the Prime Minister were there as well.
He didn't pay much attention to it and directly asked what the General wanted from him.
"Venga y se siente. ¿Ya se fue Hitler?" asked the General.
"Not long ago," Chen Jinghui replied.
"What did Hitler want this time?" the General inquired.
"He just said that like some of the Middle Eastern countries, they also wanted to buy our weapons and equipment," Chen Jinghui explained.
"Qué! Venderles nuestros tanques de combate Type 41 y aviones! ¡No lo permitiré!" The Chief Commander was shocked. He then worried about Chen Jinghui's decision.
"The Type 41 is the mainstay of our armored corps in the future. How could I sell it to Germany? Not even now, and not until after we develop a next-generation tank will the Type 41 be sold," Chen Jinghui firmly stated.
"¡Parece que no vendiste! ¡Gracias al cielo!" the Chief Commander sighed with relief.
"What is so strange about Hitler wanting to buy our tanks?" asked the General.
"I have a message, and I believe it might explain why Hitler wants to purchase our tanks," Chen Jinghui said.
"Qué mensaje es ese?" The four people stared at Chen Jinghui eagerly. "Half a month ago, Huang Erwa sent me intelligence about their special forces team. They reported that the Germans had developed a new main battle tank called 'Tigre.' According to the intelligence, this new German tank is very powerful and has excellent armor protection. Half of the ordinary shells might not pose much threat if directly attacking it from the front," Chen Jinghui explained.
"¿El Tigre? Si el Ejército Alemán tiene un nuevo tanque principal de combate tan potente, ¿por qué quieren comprar los nuestros?" asked the Chief Commander.
"The General probably wants to compare them. He might want to know which is better: our Type 41 or their Tigre," Vice-Commander Chiang guessed.
"¡Es posible! Yo también sospecho de eso. Pero aún no sé qué será su finalidad si lo prueba," Vice-Commander Chiang said.
"The two of you are right, and I suspect that Hitler's strong request to buy our Type 41 main battle tank was aimed at seeing which is better: his Tigre or ours. Buying the Type 40 was also due to this reason; he wanted to test the power of the Type 41 through it," Chen Jinghui said seriously.
"What! You think Germany intends to attack us?" The four people were shocked, but Chen Jinghui's words confirmed their fears.
"I am not exaggerating. This is something I observed from his behavior and actions. He was so eager for our Type 41 battle tank, which clearly shows his intention. If the Type 41 proves inferior to his Tigre, Germany may attack us," Chen Jinghui explained.
